Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with TuneUp Threads! Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option selected. We currently ship within the United States, and standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
While we make every effort to ship orders on time, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. TuneUp Threads is not responsible for delays once packages are handed over to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
